Acceptance of booking conditions

By accepting these booking conditions, you confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur due to the use of this website. You also agree not to indemnify and hold Yalah Surf responsible for any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of this website. 

You are responsible for checking the current terms and conditions before booking any activities by visiting this page.
When you have made a booking, it’s your responsibility to regularly check these terms for changes before your departure. 
Yalah Surf is a part of Boxcreation SARL, which is a Moroccan-based company. This agreement is governed by Moroccan law. 
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Yalah Surf Camp will be treated according to Moroccan law in an Agadir court.

The Customer

The person whose name and other particulars appear below at this moment applies to participate in a Yalah Surf activities conducted by BOXCREATION SARL (“Yalah Surf”) on the dates shown below (in this document, that person is described as “the Customer”).

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation Made Within:

– 15 days prior to Arrival date -> Non-refundable
– No Show up -> Non-refundable
– 16 or More Days Before Arrival Date ->Full amount paid will refund
– COVID-19 -> If you cancel any time before the arrival date due to COVID-19 restrictions, -> Full amount paid will refund

Risk Acknowledgement

The Customer acknowledges that inherent dangers are both apparent and hidden associated with surfing and surf camps. 

Participating in the surf camp and surfing and other related activities may involve the risk of injury.

Loss, Damage, Or Injury

To the full extent permitted by law, Yalah Surf is excluded from any liability to the Customer. 

It will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to the Customer arising from or connected with any activity conducted by Yalah Surf, no matter how that loss, damage, or injury is caused. 

In particular, Yalah Surf is not responsible for any loss or damage to a Customer arising from or relating to:

  • The Customer’s failure or refusal to obey an instruction from any Yalah Surf staff, 
  • The Customer’s medical condition, like the mental condition of the Customer as to the date of this contract. 

Furthermore, Yalah Surf is not responsible for loss or damage to the Customer’s property arising from any negligent act or omission of Yalah Surf staff or any person for whom Yalah Surf is responsible.


Travel insurance is not included in the price. You “must” have one before booking with us!

Physical Conditions

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Yalah Surf has no control of the weather, surf, or other physical conditions with Yalah Surf. Yalah Surf is accordingly not liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience to any Customer or any property of any Customer arising from all or any of these factors.

Customer Property

Each Customer is solely responsible and liable for the safekeeping of all their properties. 

Yalah Surf has no responsibility for any loss through theft, breakage, or otherwise of any customer’s property.


Yalah Surf reserves the sole and exclusive right to decide for beach conditions, weather, or other factors that might make any Yalah Surf activity unsafe or inadvisable or in case of a force majeure. It has the right to terminate any camp at any time without a refund.


Yalah Surf reserves the right to refuse any person, including any Customer, for any reason to participate in any Yalah Surf activity or any part of any Yalah Surf service whether that person has previously paid for a Yalah Surf service or not.


Yalah Surf supplies equipment to the Customer without any warranty; it’s to the Customer to verify the condition of such equipment. 

Still, Yalah Surf uses its best endeavors to ensure that adequate equipment is made available. 

The Customer will pay for all damage to equipment provided by Yalah Surf.

Directions & Instructions

The Customer must obey all directions and instructions from Yalah Surf’s staff and must not disturb other participants in any Yalah Surf or interfere with the Yalah Surfs instructors’ ability to conduct the Yalah Surf safely and securely.


The Customer is not allowed to damage, deface or remove any object from any rooms or equipment used in any Yalah Surf service.


Yalah Surf reserves the absolute right at its discretion to remove from any Yalah Surf any Customer who does not comply with these terms without refund.


Yalah Surf reserves the right to inspect any bag or other container brought to any Yalah Surf facilities by any Customer.

Basic Requirements

The basic requirements for all Customers are that they must be able to swim and be 18 years of age and over, be of sound mind, and be in good health. Yalah Surf reserves the absolute right at its sole discretion to require any Customer to undergo any test to assess whether the Customer can participate in Yalah Surf services.

Medical Conditions

At the moment of the activity, the Customer declares that he does not suffer from any medical condition that may prevent him from undertaking Yalah Surf services. The medical condition might include acrophobia, epilepsy, dizziness, limb or back injury, angina or other heart condition, severe or uncontrolled asthma, visual impairment, depression, or recovering from recent surgery.

At Own Risk

Each Customer participates in each Yalah Surf’s surf camp at their own risk.


All prices/ transactions are in euros.

Personal Information

All personal information, including name, contact number & email address, is used solely for the booking at Yalah Surf and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Yalah Surf.


Cancellations of ‘early bird or other discounted offers are non-refundable. Bookings are valid for travel within 12 months from the original date of purchase and are transferable.


  1. Cancellation by Yalah Surf:
    1.1. Yalah Surf reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    – Damage or issues with the premises that prevent us from safely conducting our services.
    – Unforeseen events or circumstances that make it impossible for us to fulfill the booking.
    – Any other situation that Yalah Surf deems necessary to cancel the booking in order to protect the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.
    1.2. In the event that Yalah Surf cancels a booking, we will provide the customer with a full refund of the booking fee. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation.
    1.3. Yalah Surf will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of the cancellation as soon as possible, using the contact information provided during the booking process.
    1.4. Yalah Surf shall not be liable for any additional costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer as a result of the cancellation, beyond the refund of the booking fee.
  2. Refunds:
    2.1. All refunds issued by Yalah Surf will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.
    2.2. The timeline for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution and their processing policies.
    2.3. Yalah Surf will make reasonable efforts to process refunds in a timely manner, typically within 14 business days of the cancellation or request.
  3. Customer Responsibilities:
    3.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information during the booking process.
    3.2. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of their booking prior to confirming the reservation.

By proceeding with a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
